Not all boxes are created equal (and neither are letterboxes!)
Most of our mini and letterbox-sized gift boxes can be posted straight through the door. However, some of our postal boxes include larger items that won't fit through a standard letterbox. And just a heads-up — if you choose a signed-for delivery service, someone will need to be in to receive it, even if the box would fit!

Is there anything worse than a price left on a gift? — we’ve got you covered!
All order details are included in your confirmation email, but we don’t include any receipts or pricing in the gift box itself. So if you’re sending it directly to the recipient, they’ll just receive the lovely surprise — no spoilers from us!

We don’t offer gift cards at the moment but we are confident you will be able to find something suitable in our ready to go or make your own box section!

We aim to allow a 2-hour window for order changes, but things move fast around here — so we can’t always guarantee it!
Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 2hrs of you placing your order on the website.
Please email hello@lovelylittleboxshop.com quoting your order number and the full information to request an order amendment and we will do our best to help.
Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email. Sometimes these sneak into your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there too. If you still can’t find it, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help get it sorted for you!

Once an item has been shipped, it's out of our hands — but don’t worry, we’re still here to help!
If your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch and we’ll look into it for you. For Tracked 48 orders, we can investigate and issue a replacement or refund after 14 working days from the dispatch date. For Tracked 24, this window is 7 working days.If an item is returned to us due to non-collection from your local Royal Mail depot, we’re happy to resend it — however, a second postage charge will apply.

If you have received delivery confirmation but you have not received your order please contact us at hello@lovelylittleboxshop.com and let us know, so that we look into this for you. Make sure you let us know as soon as possible as Royal Mail cannot investigate after 10 days from the advised delivery date.

Oh no! We do our best to pack every order with care, but if something’s missing from your gift box, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Whilst we want everything to arrive as lovely as we send it, occasionally things do get damaged in the postage process. If your items arrive damaged, please email us at hello@lovelylittleboxshop.com with some pictures and as much information as possible, so we can get a replacement sent.

If you need to update the shipping address, please email us within 60 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order has already been fulfilled and you’ve received a dispatch confirmation, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes at that stage.If the address was entered incorrectly and the order has been shipped, we’ll need to wait for it to be returned by Royal Mail before we can resend it. In this case, a second postage charge will apply.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as we can’t take responsibility for incorrect addresses. -
If you'd like your gift to arrive around a specific date, just pop the details in the ‘Gift Message’ box at checkout. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll do everything we can to get it as close as possible!

We always aim to get your order to you within the estimated delivery window. However, delays can occasionally happen due to things outside our control — like Royal Mail strikes, Bank Holidays, or the busy Christmas period.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked | Free | 2-3 Days Delivery
While 95% of deliveries arrive within 48hrs, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery or tracked 24hrs for a cheaper 1 day service.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked | £2.50 | 1-2 Days Delivery
While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery | £8.00 | Guaranteed Next Day
Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. Requires a signature.
Important Notes:
Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Please check the exceptions to ensure this applies to your address
24 Tracked: This is not a guaranteed delivery service. While we’ll always do our best to ensure your gift arrives on time, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date, we recommend selecting Special Delivery at checkout.
Holiday: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
International Shipping
At this time we do not offer international shipping, please watch this space for future exciting updates!
Returns & Refunds

You’re welcome to exchange your gift within 28 days of purchase, in line with our exchange policy. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after this time has passed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’re happy to replace it with the same item. Just drop us an email and we’ll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
