Biscuit ingredients - plain flour, caster sugar & unsalted butter
Fondant Icing - sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm), humectant (glycerine), emulsifier (citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (tragacanth), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid).
(These biscuits are made by a local baker who uses nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs & soya in her other tasty treats. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee the biscuits are entirely free from these ingredients.)
